Reports To: Marketing & Sales Manager

Duty Station: Any part of the Country (Uganda)

Purpose of the Job:

To drive sales and ensure efficient delivery of the factory’s products to customers within assigned territories using tricycles.

Job Summary:

The Tricycle Salesman is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting the factory’s products, ensuring timely delivery, collecting payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Description:

• Sell factory products directly to retailers, wholesalers, and end-users.
• Promote new products, offers, and discounts to boost sales.
• Deliver products using a tricycle, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain product quality during transit.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
• Collect payments and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Remit payments to the Sales Manager as per company guidelines.
• Report competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and product performance.
• And any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Diploma in any Business-related discipline.
• Valid tricycle driving license.
• 1-2 years in sales or delivery roles (preferably in FMCG or fresh produce).
