Teju orange Fruit concentrate

Teju orange juice concentrate is made from a blend of locally grown Ugandan oranges of the Hamlin, Valencia and Washington navel varieties. A blend of oranges of the three varieties are sorted, washed and squeezed to extract orange juice which is centrifuged to clarify it before it undergoes concentration from original juice brix of 8-120Brix to a concentrate of 55-600Brix.

The orange concentrate is de aerated, homogenized, UHT sterilized and aseptically filled in aseptic bags packed in cylindrical steel drums with a polyethylene liner. The volume per drum is 200 Litres.

Teju mango fruit puree

Teju Mango fruit puree is made from Ugandan-grown mangoes of local and improved varieties such as; Tommy Atkins, Apple, Kakule, Zillet, Kaki, Kent, Keitt, Asante, Haden and Boribo which are sorted, washed, destoned, preheated, decanted, finished, homogenized, UHT sterilized and aseptically filled in aseptic bags in volumes of 200 Litres.

The mango puree we produce is single strength of 12-170Brix with no preservatives or other additives
